Kristan
I’m your enthusiastic personal stretch coach! I also have the joy of leading our lively in-studio group classes. Though I might not always know left from right, rest assured that I’ll be right there to guide you through a challenging yet rewarding sweaty vinyasa, complemented by soothing restorative poses designed to help achieve the balance that closely mirrors our beautiful and often chaotic lives. When I come to you for a dedicated stretch session, we’ll truly go deep into each movement. It’s a bit like indulging in a massage therapy session without the oils, but we really focus on enhancing your range of motion and overall flexibility. Get ready to stretch your limits!

Hannah
Originally from Milwaukee, I spent the last ten beautiful years on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska before finding my way to Bandon, Oregon. Yoga has been a powerful part of my life, but not because it magically fixes everything. To me, yoga is a vessel - a practice that invites us back to ourselves. The real transformation happens when we pair movement , and breath with honest inner work, curiosity, and compassion. That’s what inspires me to teach.
I began practicing in 2017, completed my 200-hr Vinyasa Training through Anchorage Yoga, with a foundation in the eight limbed path of Patanjali, 2021. In 2024, I continued my studies with a 500-hour Kundalini/Hatha. certification and additional training in Yin Yoga.
I’m excited to move, breathe, and learn alongside you.
